2. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the required fees.
- Fees are non-refundable (see Section 6).
- We reserve the right to modify course fees, but enrolled students will not be affected by price changes for their current course.
- Installment plans must be paid on time. Late payments may result in account suspension.
- Registration fee is one-time and non-refundable.
3. Course Access and Conduct
- Course access is for the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- You agree to behave respectfully in all classes and discussions. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Course materials are for your personal educational use only. Redistribution, copying, or selling of course materials is prohibited.
- We may record online classes for internal use and student review. Recordings remain our intellectual property.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our courses (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and software) is the property of Nihongo Gakuin or our content providers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without written permission
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Record or share live class sessions without our consent
5. JLPT and Visa Assistance
- We provide guidance and preparation for JLPT exams, but we cannot guarantee specific scores or passing results.
- Visa assistance is provided as a service, but final approval is at the discretion of Japanese immigration authorities.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nihongo Gakuin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the website will be available 100% of the time (scheduled maintenance may occur)
- Specific JLPT results or learning outcomes (results depend on student effort)
- That course materials are error-free or complete
9. Modifications to Courses and Terms
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or these terms at any time. For major changes affecting enrolled students (like significant schedule changes), we will notify you via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Sharing of course materials or login credentials
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of World, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts.
